I have read and agree to the below Cancellation Policy: I may cancel at no charge 72 hours in advance for a weekend appointment and 48 hours in advance for a midweek appointment. Last minute cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $189 cancellation fee (NO EXCEPTION). Cancellations must be submitted by email and I must receive a confirmation email back for my cancellation to be considered cancelled. Appointments made less than 72 hours weekends/48 hours midweek cannot be cancelled. *
