I LOVED my experience with Flares! I went in with my mom to try on dresses and we worked with Ayanna. Ayanna is such a JOY to work with and really heard what I liked and didn’t liked and pulled all of the right dresses to help me find my favorite! She stayed within budget, provided guidance to help me find the perfect dress and really read what I was looking for and liked the most. I went to other shops after and nothing compared. I returned to buy my dress and tried it on one last time before buying! Communicating with the Flares is easy to schedule alterations and hear my dress arrived, I’m working with the shop for alterations as well. Overall highly recommend!

The boutique itself is beautifully curated–elegant, cozy, and filled with stunning gowns in all styles and sizes. It didn’t take long for me to feel like I was in the right place to find the one. I was paired with Ayanna, who took the time to listen to my vision for the day, ask about my preferences, and understand my style. She made thoughtful suggestions while ensuring I felt comfortable trying on different silhouettes.

I had a great experience at Flares! I visited two bridal places in the same day and I’m so glad Flares was my first stop, it was exactly the bridal experience I was hoping for and ultimately where I purchased my dress!
Ayana was my sales rep and she was so incredibly helpful; she was knowledgeable about the dresses/styles/fits and had great recommendations, she was completely focused on my vision and really added to the experience with her upbeat fun personality.
I’ve been back to the shop a couple times at this point for alterations and continue to have sweet interactions with all the ladies who work here. I always leave feeling excited, happy and stress free!

I had a wonderful experience at Flares Bridal in Walnut Creek! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They have a fantastic selection of dresses, ranging from mermaid and ball gowns to slim-fit styles, catering to different tastes and budgets. The store itself has a bright, warm, and welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciated the no-pressure approach to purchasing. If you’re looking for an stress-free and enjoyable bridal shopping experience, I highly recommend Flares Bridal. Ayanna was very helpful and nice!

I had such a special time at Flares. Upon checking in, Ray helped me pick out a few dresses and then offered some suggestions. As it turns out, I only liked the dresses that Ray picked for me! She immediately picked up on what I liked and the first suggestion she gave me ended up being my wedding dress.
They have a great selection of choices and really help with the consulting process (speaking from someone who had no idea what to look for). And the pricing was very reasonable as well and within budget!
I highly recommend Flares. This was such a special experience for me and my family and I really appreciate their staff for making it so easy for me to say yes to the dress.
